Client-specific data resides within the client's own tenancy by default. SaaSiQ does not extract or hold client data on our own infrastructure unless this is specifically requested and approved by the client as part of an agreed engagement.

 

Where client data is held outside the client tenancy, it is stored on SaaSiQ infrastructure protected by multi-factor authentication, device-level encryption (BitLocker), and access controls consistent with our information security standards.

 

Client data is never used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any AI or machine learning model. Where our analysis involves intelligent automation or AI-assisted workflows, all processing adheres to strict data residency requirements and is subject to explicit client approval. No client data leaves the approved processing environment without written consent.

 

All data in transit and at rest is encrypted. Transfer of client data between environments uses secure, encrypted channels.

 

 

Data Sharing

 

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services, for example hosting or analytics providers, and only where appropriate safeguards are in place.

 

 

Data Retention

 

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
