Who we are

SaaSiQ was built to solve problems that are not theoretical.

We focus on areas of the SaaS estate that are typically not addressed adequately in the initial programme or go-live phase. There are often issues, requirements, or gaps that appear after the system integrator has left, the programme has closed, and the organisation or managed service partner is left running a complex platform with limited Tier 1 consulting expertise.

Licence exposure, security gaps, configuration drift, inefficient period close processes and reports: these are the consistent patterns that appear in post-go-live SaaS estates, and they are exactly what SaaSiQ is built to address.

SaaSiQ is a UK company, registered in England and Wales, with offices in London. We work with clients across the UK, EMEA, and the Americas. Our founder is an ex-Oracle employee with 28 years in the back-office transformation space.

What we know

SaaSiQ brings together Oracle platform depth and practical experience of what actually happens inside organisations running complex back-office systems.

The founding team includes former Oracle and SAP employees with direct experience across numerous products, implementations, and commercial operations. We know the platform and we know the model.

The founder has led Oracle programmes across UK local government, insurance, financial services, legal and professional services, hospitality, media, entertainment, and technology. Programme delivery spans the UK, EMEA, and the United States, with multi-entity implementations across more than 70 countries.

Direct experience across tightly-regulated sectors, and complex global enterprise, shapes the SaaSiQ approach to delivery. Our methods are built on domain knowledge and structured analysis. Where AI and automation tools add genuine value to analysis, delivery, and timelines, we have the experience and governance to use them.
